IFPR
Established in 2002, IFPR is a public relations and marketing agency located in Helsinki, Finland, with 6 consultants and an extensive international network. It’s hard to pigeon-hole IFPR, with clients from many fields – food, beverages, publishing, travel, professional services, financial sector, sports, insurance, pharmaceutical industry, construction, design, interiors and fashion.

IFPR does everything you would expect from a modern PR and marketing agency (and often more). One of its distinguishing factors is its way of combining market intelligence, strategic thinking and industry knowledge with a strong media coverage. For integrated communications, IFPR has set up partnerships with the most creative talents whose expertise covers web, direct marketing, events and classical advertising. As a result, IFPR can offer a unique integrated approach to reach any desired target group

Ilona Kangas studied Finnish at the University of Turku. After working several years as a journalist in Ilkka and Turun Sanomat, the two important local newspapers, she changed to copywriting and became a planner in one of the most successful advertising agencies in Turku. After moving to Helsinki she moved  to PR and communications and became a partner at IFPR Finland in 2002 coordinating PR and media projects for large corporate clients. Ilona is fluent in Finnish, English and Swedish.

Jukka Laikari studied Law at the University of Helsinki and later publishing at Stanford University Professional Publishing Course. After working for 5 years in journalism he changed to PR and communications in 1991 and became a partner at IFPR Finland in 2002 coordinating PR and media projects for large corporate and government clients. During his career Jukka has managed press contacts for a variety of clients, from pharmaceutical companies to banks, from government organisations to food and beverages and professional services to associations.

“Tällä hetkellä PR on ajankohtaisempaa kuin koskaan! Voimme kommunikoida webissä suoraan kuluttajien tai median kanssa. Visuaalisuus on elintärkeää ja nopeus valttia.”
“PR in these modern times is more up-to-date than ever! We can find our way to consumers directly through web and use it also in dialogue with media. Visual is crucial and so is speed.” Ilona Kangas, IFPR Finland Oy
