First PR
First PR is the first PR agency in Poland, established in 1990. The agency is employed by large corporations such as Boeing, General Electric, AT&T, DuPont, Conoco, Deutsche Bank, ING, Orange, Pfizer and Roche. The average contract is seven years, the longest – 18 years. First PR combines the standards of large multinational corporations with deep knowledge of the local market. First PR agency in Poland is ISO 9001:2001 certified as only agency with such certification from the Ministry of National Defence.

The agency created the Polish PR Association with its Code of Ethics. It supports numerous activities aimed to introduce ethical standards in the deregulated market.

Piotr Czarnowski of First PR was co-author and founder of the PR Ethics Council in its first term. Most of senior management of the agency are involved in education. First initiated several CSR projects for clients and supports Polish Humanitarian Action with long term free services, besides support for several other NGOs. The agency constructed and ran two web portals providing important information on social issues.

Katarzyna Gontarczyk studied Economics at the University of Szczecin, Marketing Management at the Polish International Management College and is a Postgraduate for Managers at the University of Warsaw. She has 16 years of professional experience and expertise in communications for the hospitality and tourism industry, real estate, finance, airlines and CSR including projects financed by EU funds.
