Vision Communications
Established in 1999, Vision is an integrated marketing and communications consultancy located in Budapest, with 10 consultants and a network of international media contacts and projects in all European countries and beyond. The founder of Vision is Tibor Szentgyörgyi, who switched to PR after spending successful decades in journalism.
Vision provides strategic advice and operational support in communications and media relations, from strategic advice to development and implementation of communication plans, including measurement and evaluation of results.
Vision transforms the real business needs of its client into messages that the target group members understand and accept. Communication projects vary from database marketing, mailings, events and advertising to integrated PR initiatives, with press releases, case stories, journalist meetings and interviews, press trips, round tables, press conferences, survey driven and web based PR. Vision has experience in government, with PR for the National Development Agency, the Hungarian Anti-Tobacco Association, the European Social Fund and the World Food Program.
Tibor Szentgyörgyi studied philology at the University of Budapest and journalism at the School of the Association of Hungarian Journalists. He improved his German at the Mirabelle University of Salzburg/Austria and studied English and French in Budapest. Tibor was festival director of the Hungarian Public Television (Magyar Televízió, MTV) and managed two international festivals with the participation of the CEE Public Televisions. He was also editor-in-chief of various local dailies ang magazines and editor of the news-real program of the Hungarian Television. Tibor’s expertise is to build up efficient teams for small and large, local and international PR projects. The ten years long successful development of VisionComm confirms his capabilities in managing media relations, PR, sponsoring programmes, international communication projects and network management. Tibor is fluent in Hungarian, German, English and French.
Krisztina Zala studied economics at the College of Commerce and Economics and marketing communications at the Budapest Business Faculty of International Management and Business. She studied English and French in Budapest and London. After working as a Research Assistant she joined Vision Communications, where she is responsible for launching communications strategies and media planning, supervises work on full communications activities for national and international companies, consolidates regular reports, creates press releases and corporate materials.
