Regional management by Outsource Communications The team of Outsource works on a central management of European communications projects, the coordination of  PR in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France. On a local level it also manages a whole range of communication projects for the Belgian and Luxembourg market.

The agency located in Wemmel, Brussels, is managed by Didier Borrremans, Leen Van Parys and Gert Asselman, all three very experienced consultants.

Outsource has clients in all sectors and in government, both on a local and international level. Besides project work, the agency has a series of long-standing clients, who work together with Outsource on strategy, market approach and varied communication initiatives. Outsource also has vast experience in government, with PR for the European Alliance for Access to Safe Medicines, The European Social Fund and Eurobot, a young engineers contest throughout Europe. On a local level it is the PR consultant of The Institute for BroadBand Technology of the Flemish Government, and it organised PR and a major event with + 2000 participants for the Ministry of Education on cultural integration and understanding.

Outsource recently won a worldwide web 2.0 PR award from Oracle, for best consulting and implementing of 2.0 PR actions for the company.
